DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY

All orders are sent with a tracking number to track the package.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days of order, except weekends and holidays in México.

We offer free shipping through Mexico for all orders over MXN $ 1,999.00.

Free shipping within Cancun for all orders over MXN $ 999.

Delivery within Mexico is approximately 1 business day for express shipments and 3 to 5 business days for standard shipments. We want all our clients to have express delivery, only that some zip codes in Mexico do not allow this service, so if your zip code is on this list you should use the standard delivery service.

The delivery time in the city of Cancun is 1 to 2 business days according to the time of purchase in which the purchase is made.

And for international orders we offer free shipping on orders over US $ 250, with the exception of some countries.

International delivery times are approximately 5 - 7 business days. It can be extended a little more depending on the country.

Keep in mind that delivery times are approximate. If you request your swimsuit for a specific occasion, we recommend that you choose the option Express Shipping and that you contact us to ensure that your order can arrive on time.

We distribute both from Mexico and from Colombia and our goal will always be to send you from the location closest to your indicated shipping address to minimize shipping times.

Verde Mar Boutique may cancel the order due to lack of availability of the product.

RETURN POLICY AND EXCHANGES

If you need to replace the item by size, color or alternative item, specify it on the Return Form. You can exchange if you decide so because the size is larger or smaller than you expected.

Items must be returned within 7 days after receipt of the product, and those received after this date may be rejected. Your return package must be stamped within 7 days of receipt of the order.

Exchanges and reimbursements are available for all items, except discount items.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including product labels and sanitary labels. Once Verde Mar Boutique has received your return package, it will inspect all returned items before issuing a refund.

Verde Mar Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund if the items are returned used, dirty, worn or damaged in any way and will be returned to the sender. You will be notified by email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

The cost of return shipping is charged to the customer and is not refundable.

We recommend returning items via trackable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Verde Mar Boutique will not receive a refund.

We also recommend that customers request a proof of delivery when posting the returned items.

Allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date Verde Mar Boutique received the returned item. Once this transaction has been processed, you will be informed through the email address used for your order with Verde Mar Boutique.  

Refunds will be issued to the credit card or to the PayPal or PayU account from which the payment originally originated.

Send an email to info@verdemarboutique.com to authorize the return and request a change / return form.

Be sure to print, complete and place in the return package so we can issue a refund or exchange.

All items purchased at a discount are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Please note that Verde Mar Boutique is not responsible for shipping costs related to changes / returns or loss of items during shipping.
